EXCHANGE & RETURN
If you want an exchange or return, you need to register within 14 days of receiving the product.
Please enclose the return shipping fee (KR 60,000) when shipping back the package.
If you received a defective product, you do not have to include the shipping fee (KR60,000) in the package.
Please contact the customer service center if you received a defective product.
All exchanges/returns are processsed after reviewing the returned item(s) and completing the inspection procedure.
Exchange/Returns are NOT possible if,
- 14 days have elapsed since the receipt of the product
- Traces and/or damage of product use are found
- The product is wrinkled and cannot be resold
